About Babson Park

Babson Park takes its name from Babson College, the renowned business school whose campus forms the neighborhood's eastern boundary. The proximity to the college gives this part of Wellesley a slightly different energy — more diverse, a bit younger, with occasional visiting faculty and international families in the mix. The homes are predominantly mid-century Colonials and ranches, many of which have been expanded and renovated. It's one of the more 'accessible' entry points into the Wellesley school system, though 'accessible' in Wellesley is still a relative term.

Property Character

Mid-century homes with good bones — many renovated or expanded. Lots are moderate by Wellesley standards. A few newer builds scattered in. Less formal than Wellesley Hills or Cliff Estates.
